Late Night Update

It sure has been awhile since I've payed much attention to Vision 560. I feel like apologizing to the inter web. Sorry inter web.
While many of you are most likely sound asleep in your warm beds, I find this time sufficient to update you on why I haven't found available time to focus on the blog.
A lot has been going on lately, both with my full-time job at Sardis Media and with my personal company, Moore Photo & Video. Since January, I've been to Kansas City, Dallas twice, L.A., I've had a few gigs Downtown Chicago, Sao Paulo, Upper Michigan, Las Vegas and New Orleans. It's nice to catch a breathe this week.

Killing Poe, the film I'm humbly the Director of Photography and Editor for, is kicking on all cylinders. It's been a relentless development in preparation for our shoot date in July. If you are interested in assisting, please email me at tmoore@sardismedia.com. I'm currently in the process of building up my film crew and would love to hear from you if you're interested.

Las Vegas was a great time for me to get my hands on some gear I was looking into. I attended NAB with my main focus on finding a good wireless follow focus configuration within my price point. I landed on Redrocks wireless follow focus system with the intent to someday upgrade to their iPhone configuration. Someday when I have loads of cash (fingers crossed) I'd love to grab the Arri WCU-4

Well there's my short update certainly skipping over some details due to heavy-weighted, watery eyes. Hope all is well fellow followers. Goooood night!

Choros

This is seriously one of the most beautiful, artistic films I've seen (besides Tree Of Life). Directed by Michael Langan and Terah Maher, "Choros" delivers a visually mesmerizing narrative in three movements, following a dancer's (Maher) experience of discovery, euphoria, and rebirth through this surreal phenomenon.
